A Landscape Should Feel Considered

Landscape design shaped by structure, planting, and long-term performance.

Landscape design shaped by structure, site, and long-term performance.

A landscape is not a collection of elements. It is a composed environment—defined by layout, circulation, and built form, and resolved through planting.

Each project begins with the structure of the space: how it is organized, how it connects to architecture, and how it will be used over time. Grading, hardscape, and regulatory constraints are addressed as part of a unified design, not as afterthoughts.

Planting is developed as a deliberate system—layered, site-responsive, and designed for seasonal continuity, resilience, and ecological function.

One of Jonna’s greatest strengths is her ability to truly listen. She thoughtfully considers everything you envision, from your preferred color palette to your placement on the "manicured-to-jungle" landscaping scale. She attentively incorporates sensory elements into her designs—blending fragrances, strategically balancing sun and shade, and artfully combining diverse textures, leaf sizes, and colors.
