Our design fees typically start at $3,000 for a small yard and depends on the complexity and size of your landscape. The process begins with an initial conversation and a questionnaire to understand your vision. Following an on-site visit, you'll receive a detailed proposal, and once we have your agreement and deposit, we’ll kick off the design process with two concepts for your review. You will receive a final landscape plan that includes the design, plant names and numbers of plants, demolition and hardscape plans and construction details. Plant maintenance plan is also included. Plant Procurement and Placement

Once the plan is in place, we can source and arrange your plants for a seamless installation. With extensive horticultural knowledge and years of experience working with local nurseries, we ensure every plant is chosen for its health, beauty, and suitability to your garden.

 

We specialize in procuring quality plants and will handle the delivery and placement at your site for you. We highly recommend this service, as adjustments to your plant selection may be necessary based on availability or our high standards. Our rate is $90 per hour for the plant placement, and you will be charged the typical retail nursery price for the plants. Let us ensure that your landscaping meets the best quality and aesthetic standards.

Project Coordination

A successful landscape depends on strong communication and well-timed execution. We can help you navigate the installation process by coordinating with your contractors—or, if you don’t yet have one, we can recommend and source trusted, knowledgeable installation professionals who understand how to implement design work to a high standard. Our involvement ensures the design intent is carried through to completion—on schedule, within budget, and without unnecessary stress.

 

We offer recommendations for trusted contractors, selection of materials, and regular site visits to monitor progress. Our team provides unlimited availability to address any questions from both you and contractors, along with plant procurement and placement. After a final walk-through, we’ll create a maintenance plan and conduct a 6-month check-up to ensure your garden thrives. Price depends on the complexity and size of your project.

Garden Consultations

If you’re not ready for a full design but want professional guidance, we offer on-site or virtual consultations. Whether you need plant recommendations, layout suggestions, or help solving specific garden challenges, you’ll gain practical advice rooted in both science and experience.
